Museu da Água

FBA was commissioned to update the visual system of Coimbra Water Museum’s promotional materials.
The visual system - which marked a new phase in the life of this museum - was characterised by great clarity of text and of content, while simultaneously exploring the extreme organicity, in what is the central element - water - praising the fluidity, registered in successive programmed movements.

Inaugurated in March 2007, the Water Museum's mission is to portray the history of public water supply and promote an annual cultural program of activities and events, including painting, sculpture, video exhibitions, art installations, book presentations, musical concerts, seminars and thematic workshops.
